Legal Admin Staff

Job Summary:

The incumbent is responsible for providing assistance to the company lawyers in all phases of legal documentation and other administrative legal due diligence activities. Administrative and secretarial support is provided particularly in complying with government regulations necessary for the conduct of company’s business and its subsidiaries. 

Job Qualifications:

College graduate of any business related course, preferably Legal ManagementWith at least 1 year relevant working experience in legal-admin function or related field Proficient in both verbal and written communicationComputer literate and proficient in Microsoft software applicationsReporting and Presentation SkillsOrganization and Integration Skills
