Store Supervisor (Pampanga)

THE ROLE: We are looking for Store Supervisors who are willing to be assigned in Vistamall Pampanga.

QUALIFICATIONS

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College DegreeHas at least 1 year of working experience in the related fieldSupervisor /experienced employee specializing in Sales - Retail/General or equivalent.Must have knowledge in sales and inventory managementMust be analytic and resourcefulHas good communication skills

RESPONSIBILITIES

Overall responsible of the store in its day-to-day operationsSupervise the performance of rank and file positions reporting directly to him/herResponsible of the sales and inventoryPlan and achieve the goals for each monthConduct PEP talks and meetings with subordinatesEnsure quality service to customersWilling to be assigned in Vistamall Pampanga.
