职位描述
-Optimize service department profits while maintaining customer service standards.
-Provide cost estimates for maintenance and repairs.
-Establish procedures to streamline the service process for technicians and maximize profitability.
-Supervise customer service relations and provide follow-up to customer inquiries and experiences.
-Hire, train, motivate, and manage a team of service technicians.
-Must be a motorcycle enthusiast & rider
-With at least 1-2 years technical background
