Inventory Encoder

Job Description:

The Inventory Encoder shall be responsible in ensuring that all materials and services are available for the day-to-day operations of a company. He shall also be responsible in providing information, as required by Management or the Projects about raw materials, their costs and availability.

Encodes move order request, tools requisition slips, all materials recovered from Recovery.clean up project, fuel issuances and inventory goods receipts.Scans and files encoded move order requests and transmits receipts to Finance Department.Encodes used tools and maintain monitoring of issued tools to requesters.Creates item codes, sub-inventories, locators for both AG&P and Customer Supplied materials in the system. Checks and validates P.O, Delivery Receipts, Packing Lists and Invoices of received/delivered materials before entering encoding receipt information in the system. Plans proper inventory levels for items managed with the Min/Max Inventory System.   Redistributes inventory between Yard1 and Yard2 to prevent stock out and excess stock in the inventory.Does real-time recording/transacting of issuance and reports

Minimum Qualifications:

§ College Graduate

Minimum Experience:

§ At least two (2) year of experience in warehousing/store works.

§ Knowledgeable in ERP Systems, specifically/preferably in Oracle.

§ Proficient in MS Office applications like MS Excel, MS Word, etc.
