Outbound Call Agent

Position: Outbound Call Agent (Acquisition Closer)Reporting to: Team Lead/Acquisition HeadDepartment: Business Dev't & AcquisitionLocation: Unit 3701 One Corporate Centre, Ortigas, Pasig CitySchedule: Monday - Friday, 9AM - 6PM (Onsite)Mission: Mainly responsible for sufficient acquired properties per month based on the set target from individual sources.We are seeking a reliable, organized, detail-oriented, resourceful acquisition closer to join our growing team. Candidate should be a focused, quick thinker who can comfortably handle and process large quantities of data accurately and effectively.Responsibilities:Monitor listing funnel from initial assessment of acquisition researchers up to actual acquisition.In charge of conducting listings qualification and due diligence.Conduct series of calls and verification to ensure quality of listing for acquisition.Coordinate with different departments during the acquisition process.Negotiate acquisition price if needed ensuring acceptable ROI for each property acquired.Ensure accuracy of data in the company’s CRM.Input, track, and maintain all encoded data and records.Other administrative worksRequirements:Graduate of any 4 - year courseExperience in call center or contact center preferredProficient in relevant computer applications and call systemsTelephone handling skillsGood typing skillsKey Competencies and Skillscommunication skillspersuasivenessproblem solvingadaptabilitytenaciousnegotiation skillshigh energy level
