II. PORO Real Estate

1. Contracts of Villas, Condotel

2. House Rules/Policies; implementation and monitoring of House Rules/Policies-Imposition of Penalties.

3. Ejectment

4. Villa residents/Assignees' Complaints

III. TPDVI-Handling of Golf and Beach Club membership issues.

IV. Administrative support in the formulation of company policies

V. Legal Advice/Opinion

VII. Gaming and Hotel Complaints

VIII. Collection of Accounts Receivables (Hotel Sales) as endorsed by accounting.

In April 2005, we opened our first hotel & gaming facility in Binangonan, Rizal. The following year, we established our second gaming facility in Poro Point, La Union. Since 2005, Thunderbird Resorts, Inc. has invested over US$50 million and has committed a total investment of up to $150 million over the next decade.
