Packaging Foreman - Mabini, Batangas

The Packaging foreman will lead daily filling operations. He/She will ensure that finished blends are properly packed in their designated containers/packaging and are compliant to quality standards.

Success in this role will require you to fulfill the following responsibilities:

1. Ensure that filling lines run safely with a high level of efficiency.

a. Prepare request for packaging materials needed for filling operations.

b. Ensure that filling lines and other equipment used in operations are inspected daily and calibrated.

c. Operate filling line safely and efficiently.

d. Notify Lubricants Blending Plant Supervisor and Manager of equipment problems.

e. Perform simple maintenance on equipment during the shift to ensure it is completely functional and is safe to operate.

f. Ensure that finished products meet safety and quality specifications.

g. Ensure that paperwork and minor administrative tasks are completed at the beginning and end of every shift.

h. Oversee daily housekeeping activities at the beginning and end of every shift.
