Urgent Hiring: Warehouse Operations Team Leader

Job Mission:

The position is responsible for monitoring warehouse daily operations. Monitors HR, Admin and Accounting related work at Main WH. Ensures timely processing of warehouse permits and licenses, delivery vehicle registration and delivery documentation. Ensures availability and proper disbursement of warehouse revolving funds. Monitors team's performance and productivity.

Ensures proper disbursement of revolving fund in accordance with set policy and standardEnsures proper allocation of delivery allowance and fuel consumption based on approved matrixEnsures on time processing of warehouse permits and clearances in coordination with AdminEnsures timely processing of delivery vehicle documents (renewal, registration, emission, etc) in coordination with AdminEnsures timely preparation of Item Summary, Post Goods Issue and DR PrintingEnsures on time processing of final shipment, truck receiving and DR & SI TransmittalMonitor and track delivery performance, and Monitor and Settle Unconverted DRsEnsures on time repair of truck breakdown and all needed spare parts are coordinated properly and timely with AdminEnsures timely processing and scheduling of Authority to Pull Out (ATPO) based on lead timeAttend and resolve delivery concernsMonitor and investigate delivery claims within lead timeSubmit Supply Chain Reports within deadline

Job Requirements:

Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies / Administration / Management, Finance / Accountancy / Banking, Logistic / Transportation or equivalent.At least 2 Years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent.Must be willing to be assigned in Lingunan, Valenzuela City
