Supply Chain Planning Analyst

Role Description

The Supply Chain Planning Analyst will ensure the smooth balance between Fruit Supply, Cannery Operations restrictions as well as Logistics and Fresh Fruit Demand. Specifically, this role ensures that the right fruit, variety, volume, source, specifications, mode of delivery, time of delivery are met to maximize value to the company, and improve efficiencies, productivities, and market demand fulfillment within the constraints of fruit availability, cannery capacities, harvesting capacities and transportation limitations.

Qualification

BS degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalentAt least 3 years of relevant experience in Supply Chain Planning, preferably from a Food Manufacturing industryDemonstrated strong analytical and strategic planning skillsExposure to Procurement and Logistics is a plusDisplayed positive work attitude, strong sense of responsibility, quality and results orientedGood communication and interpersonal skills; team player
