Senior Inbound Logistics Staff

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Customs Administration or related fieldExperience in the Inbound Logistics operationsShould continually achieve competencies through continuous learning and trainingsExperience in customer service will be appreciatedHands-on experience with purchasing software (SAP)Advanced knowledge of ExcelKnowledge of laws, regulations and ISO requirementsComputer-savvy with a working knowledge of logistics software (ERP)Outstanding organizational and coordination abilitiesExcellent communication and interpersonal skills

Duties and responsibilities

Understands all aspects of company's products and processes;Ensure products imported from different suppliers are customs cleared on time;Ensures that importations duties and other surcharges paid are in line with the budget and cost assumptions;Ensures that inbound products are received, offloaded and stored on time and in full within the required conditions;Prepares documents and forms to move goods efficiently through import and shipment steps and procedures.Reviews paperwork and documents to ensure shipping, handling, storage charges, and customs fees are billed correctly.Builds and sustain collaborative and productive relationship with the logistics providers to drive service levels, costs, efficiencies, process simplification and loss reduction from importation.To build and maintain relationships with vendors, clients and transportation companies to keep the flow of products moving adequately
