职位描述
1. Responsible for materials and warehouse management - inspecting project site warehouses to ensure that materials and supplies are properly stored, maintained and secured.
2. Responsible for fixed assets management - overseeing transfer/turnover of assets to end users.
3. Ensures that disposals of asset is authorized and properly documented.
4. Investigating lost/damaged fixed assets and processing request/claim for insurance (if eligible).
5. College graduate of any course with >4 years of experience in property and assets management.
6. Knowledgeable in SAP system.
