Foodlab Technician

Responsible for casing application trials in the Foodlab and in-charge of day-to-day operation of the area.Operates all machineries related to meat processing during the trial.Maintains the cleanliness and good conditions of the equipment and the Foodlab area.Demonstrate to internal and external customers the step-by-step operation of each machine.Ensures that materials and equipment needed to run a trial are available at all times.Ensures that all raw materials are kept in correct storage and wastes generated during each trial are disposed every day.Conducts quality control evaluation of Operation samples related to casing application.Conducts casing application tests for new products.Assists the Tech Service Representative in conducting evaluation of casings with customer complaint
