Corporate Accounting Officer - CPAGeneral DescriptionThe Accounting Officer position is a leadership role, engaged in overseeing other accounting professionals while working closely with the Accounting Manager. As an Accounting Officer, you will ensure that financial reports are timely, accurate and completely delivered and statutory compliance requirements are complied.ResposibilitiesLeads the management of company books of accounts so that required financial reports are accurate, timely provided and with emphasis on cost efficiency measures;Prepares regular cash position reports and monitors the companies bank balances;Ensures that all daily accounting tasks such as preparation of vouchers, supplier queries, and liquidation of advances are processed;Supervises and make sure that compliance to BIR, local government and other mandated government reports are submitted within the required timelines on a regular basis;Coordinates with External Auditors and prepares schedules needed for the interim and year-end audits; andOther tasks that maybe assigned by the Accounting Manager related to the general description of this position.QualificationsCandidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam), Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent. CPA IS A MUST.At least 7 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.Preferably Supervisor / 5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employees specializing in Finance - Audit/Taxation or equivalent.Full-Time position(s) available.Wlling to work in Paranaque.
