Must be a graduate of Nursing and must have an active PHRN License or equivalentMust have at least 1 year of work experience in a clinical/hospital environment

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

You will intervene with care providers (doctor’s offices) on behalf of the customer to assist with appointment scheduling or connections with internal specialists for assistance, when needed.You will deal with tasks relevant to Utilization Review, Utilization Management, inpatient coding, and outpatient coding.You will provide our customer real time resolutions or through comprehensive and timely follow-up with the memberThis is for Blended Account, 80% back office, 20% Voice.
