JOB DECSRIPTION:

Responsible for all FDA related tasks such as application and renewal of LTO and CPR.Collaborate with the Brand Team on review of additional or new FDA products.Establish long term relationships and open communication with cross functional teams and government agencies (esp. FDA).Proficiency in reviewing packaging layouts and product ingredients in line with existing standards set by FDA.Responsible for follow-ups for all existing applications and applications that were not yet evaluated by the FDA for timely release of approval from the FDA.Responsible for assisting clients and sales personnel for product information.Conducts product knowledge for all FDA products.Responsible for the overall inventory management of all FDA products, includes ordering and inventory monitoring.Monitors all expiration dates of all FDA products and ensure that all products must be sold prior to expiration date.Quarterly warehouse visit to check the stocking of FDA products. Ensure proper stocking & check if there are any damagesInitiate pullout of near expiry of all FDA productsCreate order forms for all FDA productsMonitor uploading & posting of all FDA products in all online platformsCreate store allocation for all FDA productsPerform other job-related duties ad assignedFresh graduates are encouraged to apply!
