COLLECTIONS OFFICER 16-22K

In charge of the regular billing and timely collection of company’s receivables, proper reconciliation and recording of payments. Collection Specialist should be able to exhibit trustworthiness and professionalism especially when talking to irate clients. Excellent communication and negotiation skills and ability to work independently. In addition, can maintain accurate records of customer’s payment status and timely submission of collection related reports. Who can establish and maintain effective and cooperative working relationships with customers and suppliers. 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Reports to Finance Director on a weekly basis.Effectively negotiate arrangements for the timely payment of invoices. Can handle inbound and outbound calls daily to schedule collection from customers.Monitors multiple accounts to identify current and overdue paymentsBuilding effective relationships with customers, minimizing and controlling bad debtsGives monthly report and coordinate with Sales Engineers on their outstanding receivables.Organized at processing documentationsCan handle financial hardship inquiries with empathy and professionalismPro-actively assist customers with account queries and complaints.Strong attention to detail and goal orientedCompletes other assignments/reports as required and/or assigned.
