Qualifications

Bachelor's degree holderMust be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA)Good people management skillsExcellent and highly effective communication skills, both written and oral. Exposure to Australian companies is desirable but not essentialExperience using financial systems and Non-financial systems. e.g. Reckon, Replicon, SalesforcePrevious experience in a similar role, working within a team environment, demonstrating a collaborate and supportive approach with internal and external clients and stakeholders; andDemonstrated quality service experience working in an environment with tight timeframes, multiple priorities, while achieving outcomes and key deliverablesAdvanced MS Excel skills

Responsibilities

Manage operational finance function, including day to day business/finance requirements, approval, accounts receivable/payableProvide strong management of the accounting team which includes accurate and timely financial reporting (including statutory financial statements), internal controls, tax, working capital, debt and cash flow management ;Provide oversight, guidance, and assistance in relation of controls and reconciliation of general ledger accounts thereby ensuring integrity and accuracy of the general ledger.Manage financials and compliance for different entities, including Australian, New Zealand, Singapore and PhilippinesImplement new or updated accounting standardsLiaise efficiently and effectively with external parties.Implement new systems and processes in the spirit of continuous improvement.Management planning of certain forecasting and budgeting tasks to execute company strategic goals. Manage short-term and long-term cash flow forecastOversee and advise on all month end activities- ensure deadlines are adhered to whilst maintaining accuracy of reporting. Including but not limited to Review and prepare End of Month board including any analysis required by managementAssist financial controller for annual budget process, short term and long-term financial forecasting.Oversight of all statutory reporting (including preparation of consolidated financial statements) and compliance requirements for all legal entities within 4Impact consolidated group, including overseas entitiesManage Manila finance team of two including direct report and indirect reportManage any compliance requirement in Manila, including but not limit to maintain business permit, employee transfer, tax compliance.Assist Financial controller with day-to-day management of finance function, maintain stakeholder relationship internal and externally.Leadership – coach and guide employees to support their growth and development and enable the accomplishment of key goalsEngage in regular conversations with team members to provide feedback on progress and celebration of achievements.Lead and communicate change in an affective and compassionate manner
