We are seeking an enthusiastic Mortgage Assistant/Processor to shine in this newly created position in our rapidly expanding part of our group.

Servicing assessmentsGather and check supporting documentsFile notesUsing CRM system and Salestrekker for compliance and AOLAccurately entering information into the system for processingEnsuring all documentation requested is providedResponsible for the pipeline and processing of each file with the brokerCheck mortgage documents and providing witnessing instructionsOrganising settlementPost settlement

Essential requirements:

Relevant experience in working for Australian mortgage brokerStrong communication skillsGood written English skillsCommunication by email with clients and lendersOutstanding attention to detailAbility to work to strict deadlines
