Dealer Training Officer

Develop presentations, courses, and materials to train and orient clients on the use of AutoDeal technology and ensure it is being used correctly.Train all OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturers), Dealer Partner, and Partner Agent clients who are part of the AutoDeal network through dealer or online sessions.Continuously develop and distribute training materials to ensure the engagement of all AutoDeal partners and clients.Monitor, report, and evaluate Dealer and Agent performance on the AutoDeal platform to measure effectiveness.Implement rewards programs for outstanding Dealers and Agents on the AutoDeal platform.Deploy strategies and programs to aid in improvement of Dealer and Agent performance.Liaise with the Sales Team regarding dealer training schedules and performance reporting.Liaise with the Tech Team regarding troubleshooting of system bugs and contribute with enhancements.Monitor and maintain all Dealer and Agent accounts for activation / deactivation.Stay updated with business development goals and product development timelines to ensure timely delivery of new training modules.Act as a positive representation of the business to the partner community.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree graduate of any business related courseWith at least 2 years prior experience in areas of merchant management, merchant liaison with e-commerce platform, automotive industry, driver management with ride hailing or food delivery companiesMarketing and business development background would be an advantageCustomer oriented attitudeWith excellent communication and presentation skillsAnalytically and mathematically minded to analyze data and create necessary reportsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced and sometimes high-pressure environment.
