Daily Sales Activities

• Carry out continuous lead generation activities

• Set appointments, whether over the phone or face-to-face

• Conduct financial needs analysis and recommend customized solutions

• Prepare documents of clients and submit applications

• Strengthen client relationship through after-sales servicing

Professional Development

• Complete the onboarding Program encompassing technical and soft skills (Products, Sales Process, Advisor Tools)

• Attend training, meetings, and designated programs

Qualifications

Bachelor Degree Graduate (open to fresh graduates)

Goal-Driven, Committed with a high level of discipline

Willing to learn and can work independently

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 

Sales background is a plus, but not necessary
