职位描述
Assists in the proper implementation and monitoring of the Department policies and procedures.Performs a variety of routine secretarial, clerical and administrative duties such as: typing correspondence and memos, performing routine clerical and maintaining department/section files and supplies. Adheres to company standards and maintains compliance with all policies and procedures.Maintain items record, document necessary information and utilize reports.Confer and coordinate activities with other departmentsAdheres to company policies and procedures.Takes responsibility in taking care of assigned and company’s assets as well as equipment within the area of responsibility
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, , Marketing or equivalent.At least 1 year experience in the same field.Required Skill(s): Computer Literate, Good Communication Skills, can write correspondence memo-公司介绍
