WHAT YOU WILL DO:

Complies with all governing laws, rules, regulations and policiesPromotes suggestive selling though example, training, and reinforcementRecommends and executes promotional strategies that can help boost the sales, particularly generics in the storesSupports and carries out Marketing department’s initiatives on store promotional and marketing programsPerforms people management related functions associated to supervision of store personnel, monitoring of offenses, timekeeping and preparation of evaluations.Monitors and controls of cash and inventory loss through effective supervisionPromotes the practice of excellent customer service through training and example

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE, YOU MUST HAVE:

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Word, and PowerPointCandidate must possess a Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong written and verbal skills to communicate with all levels of the organizationStrong quantitative and critical thinking skillsTeam leadership and teambuilding abilities
