Collections Specialist - Pioneer AU SME Loan

PIonEER AUSTRALIAN ACCOUNT (LENDING)The Collections Specialist is responsible for ensuring customers remain within terms of their commercial loan obligation, including but not limited to following up and ensuring any arrears repayments are collected as soon as possible after the due date and building a relationship with the customer to ensure good repayment behaviours. Reports directly to the head office.Job Responsibilities:Proactively control and manage all arrears from a portfolio of debtorsMake outbound phone calls, email correspondence, SMS, and form lettersReceive inbound calls relating to collection mattersFind solutions to customer issues to achieve a win/win outcomeMaintain target objectives as set by managementWork within a team environment positively, driving good relationship behavioursMaintain accurate and complete records of customer interactionsOther duties as required by management from time to timeJob Requirements and Qualifications:At least 2 years collections experienceExperience in a finance or lending environment desirableExperience with Australian and/or US customersA high level of accuracy and detail orientationCritical thinkingFriendly and approachable mannerWork in a team environmentProven ability to juggle multiple tasks and maintain confidentiality of customers informationAmenable to working on-site (Cubao, Quezon City)Company Values:Provide outstanding customer serviceResponsibility to ensure our actions meet our high standardsOpenness, transparency and honesty in word and deedPride in our work, our team, and our resultsLift above the norm
