Team playerJob Description:Will Head the Sales & Marketing team of Kratos Res, Inc.Should develop and implement the agreed Sales & marketing strategy and planShould ensure the attainment of the agreed Sales Target.Should assess the individual performance of the members of the sales team.Should develop & implement innovative marketing & selling platform and techniques.Should develop and implement customer relationship development program.Reporting To: Operations HeadWork Environment: Reporting to the main office (Taguig). Should do regular customer visit.
