Plan, coordinate, and align with Management on goals and objectives of the Accounting DepartmentContinuously improve processes within the department for efficient transaction processing.Ensures compliance to government reportorial requirements.Manages the Accounting staffEnsures adherence to policies of the Quality system.Maintains transparency and integrity of the Accounting department
Qualifications
Graduate of BS-Accountancy; Certified Public Accountant;Must have at least 10 years supervisory or managerial experienceWith experience in all aspects of Accounting, financial statements preparation & checking, and dealing with government entities;With strong analytical skills, honesty and integrityWith strong leadership skillsWith good communication & managerial skillsKnowledge in different Accounting software is an advantage
