Graduate of Electrical or Mechanical EngineeringAt least 5 years of experience in the Motorpool function with experience in supervisory/management capacity.Well organized, meticulous/contentious with details and strict with meeting agreed deadlinesSelf-driven; career- and results-oriented, and can work under tight time pressure and with minimum supervision Possesses effective leadership and management skills to guide & motivate subordinates in the accomplishment of clearly-defined business goals, as well as to discipline and sanction staff, if necessary-
