Job Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or Business Management relatedSuccessful track record in marketing roles and creating marketing campaignsExcellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skillsExperience with digital marketing, content marketing, and social media marketingHighly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivateDemonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns

Job Description:

Lead the development of our marketing plans working closely with management, creative and sales teams, and to create an effective and efficient marketing strategy focused on growing audiences for our servicesUnderstand current SEO/PR/SEM/Affiliate channels and then improve metrics and impactsEnsure distribution across channels and targeted audiences to meet sales objectives.Plan and execute a marketing strategy for new and existing servicesOversee the implementation of the marketing strategyDevelop a brand strategyContinually review changes to the market, consumer trends, and the activities of competitors, adjusting the marketing plan if necessaryConstant focus on competitor movement, locally, regionally, and globallyProvide tools and materials to enable the sales team to function effectivelyManage and refine the organization’s social media presenceManage conception, development, and implementation of marketing plans and strategies, service concepts, and promotional programs to drive interest and salesReport on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using pre-determined KPIsUtilize data for marketing campaigns, interrogating the organization’s databases and external dataIdentify new business opportunitiesConduct market research studiesStay up to date with the latest technology and best practices
