A Growthbacker develops and executes a plan to support the company to acquire and retain clients and discuss the services offered by the team. This includes gathering input from the client and various departments from different companies, like analytics, operations, and marketing, using this information to establish growth targets and choose key performance indicators.
JOB DEscriptION:
Sales
Cold calling
Sets up appointments
Responsible for client engagement
Constant communication with new and existing clients
Performs follow-ups
Sends necessary documents to clients
Creates and updates trackers
Gathers feedback from clients
Sends End of Day reports
QUALIFICATIONS:
Leadership skill is a must to dominate their team members effectively
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Strong presentation skills
Must have problem-solving skills, enabling them to quickly identify and resolve any issues in carrying out a growth management plan
