Responsibilities:

Place outbound calls and/or receive inbound calls and pre-qualify volunteers for vaccine trials by asking a set of questionsThere is no selling involved, though you must sound professional and courteous.Be passionate about the service; and enjoy working in a consultative service environment.Be results-oriented; and enjoy the challenge of meeting or exceeding goals.

Desired Skills & Knowledge:

Have finished at least 2 years in Nursing, Medical Technology, or other related fieldBPO experience in a medical account an advantageSound medical knowledgeClear speaking voiceGood English communication skills - both written and verbalStrong customer service skillsStrong administrative skills Energetic, fun and confident personalityWilling to work full-time night shift
