DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Achieve Total Distributor Sales Budget for the assigned territory.Implement guidelines on distributor operations pertaining but not limited to pricing, trade deals, payment terms, product usage, trade returns policy, and the like.Develop, coordinate and implement trade marketing plans and programs to improve channel and account-specific targets.Monitor Distributor sales and service level.Inventory monitoring-ensuring sufficient stocks are available to fulfill purchase requirements of all Distributor Outlets.Provides feedback re competitor updates, out-of-stock/critical stocks at the store, and account initiatives as well.Collate all reports for all assigned distributors e.g. SKUs ranging updates, changes in the account profile, and monthly coverage plan which will be submitted to the Sales Manager on a monthly basis.Managing deflators to ensure account profitability.Continuous monitoring of slow and fast-moving SKUs to improve

QUALIFICATIONS AND TRAINING REQUIRED

Graduate of Marketing or any business-related courseAt least with 2yrs in the same fieldExcellent ability to analyze and improve work processes and policiesWorks well under pressure, has professional conduct, and with good communication skillsHonest and trustworthyWilling to work and travel within the assigned region or areaTeam playerMust be residing within BAGUIO
