• Informs clients about assistance offered and analyzes customer necessities.
• Provides practicable instruction, exercising and aid to lower level staff members.
• Provides help, coaching and troubleshooting support to lower level staff members.
• Schedules work to ensure exact phone coverage; looks after priority of phone calls and shifts escalated phone calls to ensure settlement to problems.
• Prepares customary reports to monitor work load, response time and value of input.
