JOB SUMMARY

Account Executive must be comfortable in speaking to executives and clients while presenting difficult concepts in understandable ways. Will be coordinating with the team and all vendors concerned. Ensuring projects are within the given timeline, with approved quality, and within the client’s budget.

Develop and maintain client relationshipsCommunicate with client using layman’s term in updating project statusMinimize client revision by proper coordination of design requirements to DesignersCreation of project with complete and detailed Project briefsProvides accurate and timely reports including forecasts, scheduling and project monitoringEnsuring projects are completed in a timely manner and to the satisfaction of each clientConstant coordination with Project Managers & Vendors in order to get real time reportsPrepare various reports and presentation deck for client and top managementReviewing of vendors’ cost estimates and effective negotiating the costPreparation of bidding summariesConducts trade check, site visits, and warehouse visit to ensure quality of modulesOrganizing documents and files in the job jacketMaintaining and organizing the samples and swatches submitted by vendorsPerforms other related tasks as instructed by immediate head

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture / Interior Design or equivalentWith at least 2 years of working experience in RetailWith at least 3 years of working experience in Account ManagementProficient in English and Filipino in both oral and writtenKnowledgeable in MS applicationsKeen eye for detailsCan work under pressureWilling to extend working hours
