职位描述

a.    Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Business Studies / Admin / Management / Commerce or equivalent. or Vocational Studies.

b.   With 1 to 2 year(s) work experience in the related field is required for this position. Proven work experience as a Sales Clerk or similar role and with prior experience in retail.

c.    Candidate must have a high sense of responsibility, should be keen on details

d.   Organized and detail oriented. And the ability to assess and make sound judgments.

e.    Excellent customer service skills with ability to remain calm with difficult customers.

f.    With relevant training and/or certifications as a Sales Clerk is an advantage.

g.   With experience in Cashiering and knowledgeable in SAP and POS is an advantage.

h.    Exposed in making inventories and preparations of Inventory Reports

i.     Have up-to-date skills and the ability to learn new skills and procedures with ease. Follows through quickly and efficiently with all tasks.

j.     With pleasant personality and presents a professional appearance and attitude at all times. 

k.    Good interpersonal and excellent written and vocal communication is an important key competence

l.     Computer proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint) with good typing ability.

m.  Good in analytical and organizational skills, and able to work with minimum supervision                                 

n.    Flexible, HONEST, discreet and trustworthy. Able to multi-task duties.

o.   Ability to work in a fast paced environment and open to changes. A team player, patient and pressure oriented.
