Strategically plan and manage logistics, warehouse, transportation, and customer servicesDirect, optimize and coordinate full order cycleLiaise and negotiate with suppliers, manufacturers, retailers, and consumersKeep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs, and efficiencyArrange warehouse, catalog goods, plan routes, and process shipmentsResolve any arising problems or complaintsSupervise, coach, and train warehouse workforceMeet cost, productivity, accuracy, and timeliness targetsMaintain metrics and analyze data to assess performance and implement improvementsComply with laws, regulations, and ISO requirements
