JUNIOR LAWYER (Litigation)

Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) or Doctor of Jurisprudence (J.D.) from a reputable schoolMust be a passer of the Philippine Bar Examination and currently licensed to practice law in the PhilippinesAt least 2 - 4 years of experience in litigation practicePossesses the qualifications to be a commissioned Notary Public for and in MandaluyongExcellent knowledge and understanding of the Rules of Court, corporate law, labor law, tax law and proceduresDemonstrated ability to create legal defensive or proactive strategiesMembership in the Integrated Bar of the Philippines (IBP) in good standing and possesses a high degree of professional ethics, integrity and responsibilityGood time management, organizational and project management skillsOutstanding communication skills and proficiency in the English Language, both oral and writtenPossesses leadership, decision-making and negotiation skills, flexibility and willingness to be trained, and a team-playerWorking knowledge of MS Office applications (i.e. MS Word, MS, Excel, MS PowerPoint)Amenable to work onsite at Mandaluyong City-
