Process Specialist (US Export) Night Shift

Coordination with warehouse/coloaders, transport and carriersFile openingSending Booking Request to the Carrier (this carrier was previously identified or the carriers we do repetitive bookings with)Reviewing Booking Confirmation and sending Booking confirmation to customer* (agent or shipper)Lodge export declarationSending Cartage Advice to transport/warehouse/shipper.Monitoring transport movement to ensure shipment is delivered prior cut-off.Generate Housebill (send to agent / shipper for approval)Send draft MBL to customer (agent or shipper) before submitting to carrierProcess VGM and send MBL Instructions to carrier prior to cut-offReview draft MBL from Carrier and send to agent or Shipper for approval. Do not sent a MBL that shows any rates.Review final BL issued by Carrier and enter Carrier/Coloader costs into Billing tab.Raise InvoiceSend complete docs pack/Pre-alert to agent/ or shipper.Monitor departure.Chase POD (for DAP shipments)

Requirements:

Knowledgeable in EDI or incotermsWith experience in using CargoWise or similar systemsGraduate of BS Customs Administration or other related freight and logistics coursesRelated work experience in a freight/brokerage firm
