Job Qualifications:

Bachelor's/College Degree in Medical . Science or equivalent.Required language(s): English, FilipinoRequired Skill(s): Microsoft Office, Windows OSPreferably Less than 1 year experience specialized in Healthcare - Nurse/Medical Support & Assistant or equivalent.

Job Responsibilities:

Politely greets patients and visitors.Receives/admits the patients/applicant.Answering telephone calls and dealing with face-to-face enquiries.Dealing with all requests in an efficient and courteous manner.Receives referral slip for Medical Examination from Client/Patient.Validates the Referral Slip and identify the client/patient.Register patients name, agency, and the medical exam to be performed in the information log book.Assist patients in filling up of information sheet and guide them to the “PEME” flow before and after the medical examination while patient is in the clinic.Maintains and control the flow of incoming and outgoing patients in the clinic.Monitoring the daily statistics of patientsMaintaining a clean reception area to show a professional image.Do other tasks that maybe assigned to him by his superior from time to time
