Duties and Responsibilities:

Prospects organizations and individuals to source and recruit new business accounts/networks opportunitiesCan instantly on board (e.g. 100 seats) in a monthContacts potential clients, sets meetings and closes salesBuilds new client baseStudies global market trends and opportunitiesFinds business opportunities, viable income streams and develops new marketsAttends conferences, meetings and industry eventsGenerates sales report with insights and recommendations.

Qualifications:

Business Development experience in a BPO SET UP is a must in boarding several clients      Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related fieldMore than 5 years of proven experience as a Business Development or similar roleProven successful sales track records by bringing in clients and excellent ability to build relationshipsExcellent English communication and presentation skills and comfortable in dealing with international clientsKnowledgeable in end-to-end Market Research, Business Development, B2B Sales, Marketing, and negotiating principlesKnowledgeable in Lead Generation and Sales MappingSocial Media Savvy, Marketing Savvy, someone who understands social media and other platforms to attract sales opportunityStrong organizational and time management skillsFlexibility to work in the office/site with a shifting or flexible working hours.
