Branch Supervisor - Cebu

Job Mission:

Manage the branch's daily operations. Ensure sufficient stock availability within approved months inventory level. Lead the team in the fulfillment of customer requirements. Timely and efficient delivery of products while optimizing cost. Resolve and escalate daily operation issues and concerns.

Job Description:

Ensure all outbound delivery OTIF (On time in full) is fulfilled at an optimal costMonitor all after-sales concerns (Pullout Returns, Repairs, and Claims)Ensure branches have sufficient stocks and within approved MIL to support the sales team and have minimal inventory variancesSecure all company assets, maximize utilization and minimize operational costs (i.e. trucks, forklift, pallets stacker, RF, etc)Ensure the end-to-end process of Branch collection (Collection to Transmittal)Monitor branch compliance w/ LGUs and internal policiesManage employees’ performance and development (including training programs)Maintain compliance with GWP, Safety, and HIRAC protocol on a branch at all times

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree required preferably Industrial Engineering or Business ManagementAt least 2 years of experience in warehouse operationsWilling to work in Cebu
