Business Development Coordinator

Roles and Responsibilities:

Prepares profitability r fortsr all projects (small, and large formats) to be implemented in all areas.Assist sales team with their inquiries and concerns of billboard site owners.Process permits and clearances for all projects including billboardconstruction.Takes and sends monitoring photos as per request of Sales and BDO/BDM.Prepares billboard maintenance report.Keeps contracts and documents related to all billboard sites in allareas.Keeps contracts and important information of billboard site owners.Monitors and request electric bill payments of all billboard sites in all areas.Coordinating and arranging client events, meetings, appointments, and conferences.Creating and maintaining client databases and mailing lists.

Excellent verbal and written-communicationsStrong organizational skillsAbility to prioritize and manage workloadProficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPointWork independentlyStrong network skills
