Brand Associate for New Product Development

Human Nature, the leading brand of genuinely natural products in the country, is looking for a New Product Development (NPD) Category Associate. You will be part of the team that leads the cross-functional group in developing world-class natural personal care and home care products. As a NPD Category Associate, you’ll have an exciting opportunity to be directly involved with the entire development process from conceptualization to product launch.

Responsibilities:

Collaborates with the brand-building team from product concept, to prototyping and launch plans Identify portfolio gaps and possible product innovations, extensions and renovations - in coordination with each categoryCoordinates with the project team and oversees development to meet timelinesMonitors and evaluates prototypes to see fit of attribute to the original product design, consumer acceptability and ensure completion of all necessary testsDeeper analysis of consumer feedback to assess product viability and market sizeCraft content for product briefs, info sheets and launch plans in coordination with brand-building team and R&Devaluates post launch performance of the product and proposes recommendation 

Qualifications:

Graduate of any four-year course.Minimum two (2) years’ experience with a proven track record of success in any of the following functions: new product development, product/project management and marketing strategy. Must be able to show and quantify previous successes.An understanding of the consumer behavior for personal care and home care productsPassion or great interest on cosmetic, personal care and home care products and knowledge of available brands in the marketExcellent project management skillsTeam player - is able to work harmoniously with others and actively participate and bring in new ideas to the discussionA thirst for trend research and the curiosity to try out new productsDetail oriented and has a creative eye for writing and aesthetics Excellent vocabulary, oral and written communication skillsInterest in natural products a plus!Love for the Philippines and the environment!With a strong calling to do good for the poor, people and society!Willing to work onsite either in Sta. Rosa, Laguna or Quezon City office with integrated with work from home set up.
