We are expanding our team and looking to hire an Admin and Account Lead. Our Admin & Accounting Lead will collaboration with internal and external clients to ensure smooth transaction on account receivables as well as tax compliances for our Philippine territory.

Day to Day

Prepare weekly Payables, expense report sheets and reimbursementsCollect and maintain Data for various types of accounting databasesMonitoring and replenishment of emergency cash fundsCollection of receipts, invoices, and other financial related documentsReview, update and ensure accurateness on requirements pertaining to information of vendorsUpdate and ensure company compliance with government regulations, permits, tax and accountingLead PH Team’s Accounting
