JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Supervising the day to day operations of the storeEnsuring that the sales target of the store(s) is metTraining, assisting, supervising, counseling, motivating & evaluating all staff in the storeSubmitting reports on a regular basis or as requiredDealing with customer complaints properlyEnsuring compliance with health and safety regulations

The company started expanding its services by incorporating other networks like Globe, Smart, Piltel and Islacom. Today, more than a decade later, Aerophone is a multi-carrier company that sell a wide range of all the latest gadgets, accessories and variety of other products from different local and international brands located in Malls nationwide. The company also provides comprehensive after-sales service that includes repair, enhancement, and even tips on proper gadget use.
