Responsibilities:
· Answer general questions regarding Verizon products & services
· Assist in resolving customer escalations
· Schedule customer sales appointments with our store locations
· Stay up to date with Verizon's latest promotions
· Display proficiency with Excel and basic computer skills
· Continually multi-task with multiple windows/programs
· Occasionally speak with store locations on customer behalf
· Communicate effectively and speak English clearly with sales staff and maintain a working relationship with all departments within the Store Support Center.
· Other jobs- related duties as assigned by your manager
· Amenable to work at night or any shifting schedules and onsite (Office location: Cabanas, Longos, Malolos City, Bulacan)
