Assistant Branch Manager (Cebu)

Job Qualifications:

Must have a Bachelor's Degree in business management, business administration, accounting management or any related fields.Advanced degree is a plus.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.With a minimum of 8 years experience as a Branch Manager in construction industry with proven records of good performance.Ability to strategize and plan ahead.With understanding / familiarity of construction industry laws and regulations.Excellent organizational and leadership skills.A drive to reach sales and service goals.Experience with managing human resources.

Job Responsibilities:

Train employees and evaluate their performances.Keep in line Company growth strategy.Meet or exceed Company profit goals.Address customer issues and concerns promptly.Create and maintain relationships with clients.Create strategies to ensure that sales targets are met.Prepare reports on sales.Liaise with other branches to share strategies.Oversee all office tasks to ensure that sales goals are met and that tasks are performed efficiently.Multitask and have excellent time management skills.Mentor and bring out the best of branch's personnel by providing training, coaching, development and motivation.Show creative problem-solving.Monitors sales targets and reporting to head office.
