Our client is a startup company developing an AI document Management solution. We are seeking a Legal Secretary / Legal documents Analyst to join their team working remotely in Manila.

Job Description:

From legal documents, create or fill templates, identify keywords, and enter content in a database.Review pre-processed information for accuracy, approval, and the eventual rectification.On-line research and downloading public information of existing companies.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree holderAbility to connect key information from one legal document to another legal document such as shareholders, share types, capitalization table, clients, employees, director and officersMinimum 2+ years’ experience at writing or reviewing legal documents working with a legal department of a company, a corporate secretary, a law firm, or an M&A boutiqueFamiliar with Microsoft Office Word and ExcelGood team player and work independentlyExcellent communication skills in English
