职位描述
REQUIREMENTS:
Preferably with at least 1 year experience in poultry industry or facility in a similar capacity.Possess above average Leadership Skills as well as sound judgement and decision-making capabilities.Have superior analytical skills and have good interpersonal/communication skills.Area of assignment: CAGAYAN DE ORO CITY/BUKIDNonKnows how to drive and possess valid driver's licenseComputer LiterateWilling to Stay InRESPONSIBILITIES:
To be able to attain breed standard of 84% cumulative hatchTo oversee hatchery operation in all toll payments hatcheries.Booking of sales monthly requirement, DOC commercial customer and HE requirement for other areas.Schedule weekly HE requirement per hatchery and other areas.Forecast 4 weeks advance CG/Breeder farm replacement schedule, and its forecasted day of harvest.Check from HE withdrawal authorization, actual HE receieved, HE set and HE rejects per hatchery.Check withdrawal slip of by product versus hatchery report.Monitor Inventory of DOC crates, trimming papers, distilled water, vaccines, and disinfectant, releasing of HE crates and boxes, pulp trays and plastic trays.Daily allocation of DOC volume to commercial, CG Farms and other areas and CG Farms, including DOA, short count and rejects for CG farms only.
