 The Sales Supervisors are Mediabox Salesforce in Prospecting and Signing-In of Sales Agents Supervises and Coordinates the Daily Activities of Sales Agents engaged in promoting and selling through face-to-face, phone or e-mail. Recommends changes to current sales trends, techniques or procedures based on team performance and new selling techniques.To assist Business Unit's in Achieving its Quota in terms of: a. Profit Performance b. Profit Growth Performance Sales Growth PerformanceClient Acquisitions/Client based Expansion (Needs to secure 100 Sales Agents) Conducts Training to Sales Agents to provide Product Knowledge and other essential details of the business.Creates Sales ReportsExcellent utilization of technology in determining potential services per Business UnitDevelops innovative sales opportunitiesWorks with clients to establish goalsWorks with Task Management Specialists in organizing and planning of job orders per Business UnitCoordination during PreProduction Planning100% Customer SatisfactionJob Order ComplianceRecommendation of new marketing initiatives, proposals of possible service/s for unit's expansionServices/products practicality and marketability recommendationCompliance to Admin documentation and Confidentiality
