Sales Acceptance Assistant

PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

prepares daily sales reports for submission to GM1 Sales Heads, GM/EVP and Business Unit headsprepares payment transmittal to Treasury and encodes PDC details in SAPmanages saleable inventories of all TOP West, TOP East, Zitan, SRBP and GAP, and future residential projects of GDC and its subsidiariesverifies the availability of the property presented to the buyer during closing of sale within the holding period*validates the correctness of the contract price and payment schedule presented to and signed by the buyer during closing of saleapproves the reservations made through IHS by checking the correctness and completeness of reservation requirements; disapproves if incomplete coordinates with Data Control Unit on the re-opening of declined reservations in IHScompletes the reservation process using the SAPcompletes the information in Customer Masterfile in SAPcreates Quotation in SAP prior acceptance/transmittal of reservation paymentcreates Sales Order in SAP upon closing of reservationcreates document checklist in SAP upon closing of reservationcoordinates with Data Control Unit on the cancellation of quotations of non-qualified salesdirectly coordinates with the Clearing Unit on the approval or disapproval of reservation sales – for review if to include or delete*checks the correctness of information presented in the Contract-to-Sell signed by the buyer before closing of sale
