Job Specifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or other Business related course.Previous experience in Vendor Management and Logistics Freight Forwarding operations.Knowledgeable in documentation Compliance and Standard Procedures.Familiar FF Logistics operation, Manufacturing process operations & improvements, and business systems operation.Good Communication skills, proactive, has initiative, and with wide network capacity.Job Duties:
Continuously source, develop & accredit reliable In-Land subcon truckers/partners with appropriate types of fleets from MC, AUV, 4W, 6W , 10W, PM, others / Continuously source, develop & accredit reliable air line partners, hubs, bonded warehouses & freight forwarders for both local and international market / Continuously source, develop & accredit reliable shipping lines, mid-last mile providers & freight forwarders for both local and international marketConduct CI (criminal investigation) & BI (background investigation), including its’ liquidity to eliminate possible business/financial risk along the way.Record, track and audit subcon truckers performance on a daily, weekly & monthly basis to ensure consistent performance.Mastery on the specific trucking cost components and negotiate for the best rates and lead time to support CJ PH Corp business growth & expansion.Attend related trades and exhibits relative to the function for expanded network and knowledge.Keep track & abreast on competitors rates/strategies to ensure competitive rates at all times.Develop networks and partners through out the island of Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao.Perform other related function as may be directed by the management.公司介绍
